UK Roadside assistance for breakdowns which occur at least a quarter of a mile from your home. If your vehicle cannot be fixed at the roadside we will recover it to a local garage or to your home address providing this is less than 15 miles away.


 


The best breakdown cover - from GEM

With GEM, each plan covers a named member or members, not a specified vehicle. Great if you have more than one vehicle, or if you've borrowed or hired a car. 

With Recovery EXTRA or Recovery RECLAIM, it doesn't matter if you're driving for business, family commitments or pleasure, we'll get you and up to seven passengers safely on your way anywhere in the UK and take your vehicle to any chosen destination in the UK.

You can secure your GEM breakdown cover online. Simply complete the online form, and we'll have the best breakdown cover in place for you at midnight, or to start at a convenient date for you - and you'll save up to over 50% when compared to similar policies.

Motor caravans and motor homes will only be covered if they are under 3500kg GVW, do not exceed 7 metres (23 feet) in length and 2.25 metres in width (including any extra fitments). HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles), LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) and minibuses are not acceptable.
