Winners in 2008 and runners up in 2009, GEM has shown that biggest is not the best by again beating rivals including the AA, RAC and Green Flag in the 2010 Auto Express Driver Power Survey completed by 23,000 motorists.

We were encouraged by the response to our request for motorists to suggest a new name for the Highway Code. From the suggestions made the judges felt that ‘Rules of the Highway’ was the most appropriate new name. A cheque for £100 has been sent to the winner Mr Ian Titler.
