I would just like to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent service we received from GEM Motoring Assist on Saturday 8 August when our motorcycle was unfortunate to encounter a rear flat tyre.

We were extremely impressed by both the courteousness of the recovery driver and how well the recovery vehicle was equipped for the job in hand, i.e. ramp for recovery into the van; strappings to hold the bike securely in place; cabin camera to view the bike's safety; etc.

Despite not being able to get to our intended destination I have to say that it was almost a pleasure to break down, made more so by the kind biker couple in the house we stopped outside who offered us a nice shady spot in the corner of their garden along with cups of coffee to quench our thirst in the warm temperatures.

We have only been members of GEM since May 2009 and this is the first occasion on which we have had to utilise the breakdown service. Rest assured we will recommend GEM to friends and colleagues alike.

There is so much negativity in this world that we feel it is only right that praise should be given where it is due. Thank you once again for a first class service.
