Protected by fully underwritten Legal Expenses Insurance the GEM Accident management service removes the hassle in handling motor claims. The service includes

- Like for like vehicle replacement for non-fault claims
- National panel of inspected and approved body shops with courtesy car provision for fault claims
- Vehicle inspection by a panel of independent engineers
- Personal injury compensation
- Uninsured loss recovery including policy excess and out of pocket expenses
We have arranged for all GEM members to benefit from the experience and services of Integrity Claims Management who have for many years specialised in motor claims and will handle all aspects of any claim on your behalf.
Legal Expenses Insurance
The claims management service is protected by a Legal Expenses Insurance Policy arranged on behalf of all GEM members included within your membership. The policy is underwritten by ARAG Insurance Company, an internationally recognised legal expenses specialist insurer.
The policy protects liability for legal costs incurred to a limit of £100,000.
