Free accident management service for all motor claims, fault or non fault!

Being involved in even the most minor road collision can be stressful and upsetting, never mind the inevitable inconvenience that goes with it. But you as a GEM member can forget about all of that, thanks to a partnership we have agreed with Winn Assist.

When an accident happens, there are forms to fill in, claims to pursue insurers to notify, estimates and repairs to arrange and replacement cars to organise, as well as trying to ensure that life can go on as normally as possible in the immediate aftermath of an incident. With our accident management service all you need to do is make one telephone call and put yourself in our capable hands.

Our dedicated team of advisors is on hand day and night to guide you through the claims process and to liaise with all parties on your behalf to make sure you are back on the road as soon as possible. This applies even if you are at fault.

All aspects of the administration process are dealt with on your behalf, and we will recover all uninsured losses to which you are entitled. Additionally, Winn Assist will maintain contact with your insurers and those of third parties, as well as arranging a replacement vehicle for you if you're entitled to one and organise the inspection and repair of your own car.

We will also act on your behalf in recovering damages due for personal injuries sustained in a non fault accident by you or your passengers as well as recovering uninsured losses such as out of pocket expenses and policy excess.
