If you have a GEM Recovery or Recovery RECLAIM policy and need to make a claim from GEM Motoring Assist we will require the following:
- A completed Claim Form
- An original receipted account giving the name, address and telephone number of the assisting garage and a clear indication of what service has been rendered.
