Recovery RECLAIM offers comprehensive vehicle breakdown cover, with roadside assistance and vehicle recovery across the UK.

With Recovery RECLAIM, you pay for your repair or recovery yourself and reclaim the appropriate costs from us afterwards.

You can call our Rescue Control Centre or make your own arrangements if you use a specialist garage or want to use your usual friendly mechanic.

What does Recovery RECLAIM include?

Recovery RECLAIM is a personal breakdown recovery service. It covers you as the driver if you need motorbike, small van, caravan or car recovery. This is what's included:

If you're at home and your vehicle won't start (or grinds to a halt around the corner) call us for Home Assistance. We'll either fix it there or take it to a garage that can.
If you break down on your journey, we provide Roadside Assistance. We can do most basic repairs right there.
If we can't repair it at the roadside, we provide Nationwide Breakdown Recovery. We'll take you, your vehicle and up to seven passengers to your destination... anywhere in the country.
If you're far from home, we can even help with Onward Travel and Overnight Accommodation.
We don't just assist car breakdowns but also accidents and driver illness.

You're also covered as a passenger, if the vehicle belongs to you. If you're driving a hired or borrowed vehicle, we can help too.
