Recovery EXTRA

  • Roadside Assistance
    Roadside assistance for breakdowns occuring at least a quarter of a mile from your home.
  • Recovery - Local
    If we can't repair the vehicle quickly at the scene of the breakdown we will transport the vehicle, you and up to 7 passengers to the nearest approved garage or to your home address provided it is within 15 miles of the breakdown.
  • Recovery - UK
    If we can't repair the vehicle at the scene of the breakdown, we will transport the vehicle, you and up to 7 passengers to any destination in the UK.
  • Home Assistance
    Home assistance for vehicle breakdowns at home or within a quarter of a mile of your home.
  • Onward Travel
    Refund of up to £200 for alternative travel arrangements or overnight accommodation.
  • Accident Management Service
    Free service which includes £100,000 Legal Expenses Insurance. In the event of an accident you can call our Accident Management service team of GEM approved solicitors and personal injury experts for help and advice.
  • Pay & Reclaim
    NOT INCLUDED. Make your own arrangements or use the 24 hour helpline. Either way, just pay for it yourself safe in the knowledge that you're insured and we will reimburse you**

* Please Note: Any vehicle means private car, car derived van or motorcycle. Motor caravans and motor homes will only be covered if they are under 3500kg GVW, do not exceed 7 metres (23 feet) in length and 2.25 metres in width (including any extra fitments). HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles), LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) and minibuses are not acceptable.
