  • Roadside assistance for breakdowns occuring at least a quarter of a mile from your home
  • Home assistance for breakdowns occurring at home or within a quarter of a mile from your home – We will reimburse up to £70 (current average claim for Home assistance is £52.50)
  • Recovery to any one UK destination for you, the vehicle and up to seven passengers
  • Onward Travel or Emergency Overnight Accommodation so you can continue your journey - We will reimburse up to £200
  • Covers any vehicle* you may be driving - car, motorbike and small vans, as well as caravans and trailers
  • Covers not only mechanical breakdowns but also driver illness. And we even cover Toll Authority fees
  • With Recovery RECLAIM you are free to make your own arrangements or use the 24 hour helpline. Either way, just pay for it yourself safe in the knowledge that you're insured and we will reimburse you***

    • With Recovery RECLAIM you will pay a reduced premium, if you're happy to pay for recovery and reclaim the expenses in full from us. We aim to reimburse claims by return of post.

Motor caravans and motor homes will only be covered if they are under 3500kg GVW, do not exceed 7 metres (23 feet) in length and 2.25 metres in width (including any extra fitments). HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles), LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) and minibuses are not acceptable.
