To achieve this status, GEM Motoring Assist underwent a thorough and independent review process designed to assess every aspect of its operations. This included eligibility and financial health checks, an in-depth review of policy wording and compliance procedures, DBS vetting and interviews with vehicle recovery operators. In addition, Which? surveyed GEM members to verify consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
